We use IP Validation to check if a reference from a referee was provided from the same IP as the applicant in which case the reference is flagged suspicious.

Yes, you can request references by duration or quantity. Some organisations request a fixed number of references, whilst others require references for a period e.g past 2 years of references. In such a case our system asks the applicant to provide references for the requested duration as well as explain any gaps.
